2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative for any third party.

5.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on Alladin99. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment details, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Alladin99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during and after registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.

5.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Alladin99 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. Acceptable identification documents for Malaysian users include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or current passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in refund and possible Account suspension.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Alladin99 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

7.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name, matching your Account registration details. Alladin99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.2 Processing Times

Alladin99 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any pending review:

7.3 Wagering Requirements

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Alladin99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

1. Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible Player, unless the offer explicitly permits repeated claims.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

9.1 General Gaming Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, and sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game type or sporting event, as displayed within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

9.2 Sports Betting

Alladin99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or played at odds or conditions that were manifestly erroneous due to a technical error, data error, or human error. Players who seek to exploit pricing errors systematically will be considered in breach of these Terms.

9.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round or live bet, the Platform will apply its best efforts to resolve the outcome fairly. Where resolution is not possible, affected bets or game rounds may be voided and stakes returned at Alladin99's sole discretion. Alladin99 is not liable for any loss of winnings attributable to a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Alladin99 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening, operating, or being party to multiple Accounts on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation
• Money laundering or using the Platform as a vehicle for processing the proceeds of unlawful activity
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Engaging in systematic exploitation of pricing errors, bonus abuse, or other forms of advantage play that breach these Terms
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security, access restricted areas, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Alladin99 staff, support agents, or other users

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, Alladin99 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant Account(s), forfeit all balances, void all pending bets and withdrawals, and take such further action as may be appropriate, including referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Alladin99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Alladin99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Alladin99.

The Alladin99 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to Alladin99. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alladin99, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Alladin99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to Alladin99 in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Alladin99 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are adequately secured.

• Registration by a person under 21 years of age

Upon Account closure for reasons of breach or fraud, Alladin99 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and Bonus Funds. Where closure is initiated for non-breach reasons (including voluntary closure requested by the Player), any verified real-money balance shall be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where required to prevent irreparable harm.
